HTN’s Rising Leaders Program is designed to prepare the next generation of female & diverse executive  leaders seeking to thrive and advance in their current role


The Rising Leaders Program is available to both individuals and organizations seeking to prepare the next generation of leaders in their organization

Director-Level & Above

Program Length:

6 & 12 month programs

Time Commitment

3-4 hours per month

Objectives of the Program:


Rising Leaders o
ffers a highly personalized solution that includes  coaching, curriculum and community.  The objective of the program is to help leaders: 

  • Enhance performance in their current role
  • Increase confidence in their leadership decision making
  • Develop their leadership capabilities in preparation for promotion

Women are 13% less likely than white men to be promoted, with an even larger disparity of 18% for women of color. These inequitable promotion rates contribute significantly to pay gaps by holding women and people of color from advancing to higher-level positions with higher pay.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum / maximum number of participants my company can nominate for RLP?

There are no minimums or maximums.  Your company can nominate as few as 1 professional and as many as 1,000. 

Can I join as an individual and have my company reimburse me?

Absolutely!  Not only can an individual interested in their own advancement join the program, we will assist you in the process of getting your company to sponsor you.  

I am already a member. What happens to my existing membership plan?

As part of the Rising Leader Program, you will have access to all of the offerings including in our Professional Membership Plan (the highest level of membership).  Any new coaching sessions associated with RLP will be added to your existing session.
