Meet Jia Jia Ye – Jia Jia is Co-Founder & CEO of Springtide Child Development.

Jia Jia founded Springtide Child Development, an interdisciplinary, multi-site practice treating children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and striving to be the partner that families turn to for holistic and evidence-based autism care. One in 54 children are diagnosed with ASD, and Springtide is delivering a transformative approach to each family’s unique journey. Springtide provides applied behavioral analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy in a single location. Its proprietary technology platform enables remote video treatments, enhanced training and supervision, interdisciplinary clinical approaches, and parent engagement to yield robust objective data and effective outcomes.

Prior to Springtide, Jia Jia was Vice President at Oscar Health Insurance, where she launched the company's customer service, provider support, nurse case management and concierge teams, building those teams from scratch to over 225 employees supporting 150,000 covered lives. She was also the Director of Operations at One Medical, scaling the business from two to 30 offices and into one of the highest rated primary care practices nationally.
